ALL SHUTTLE SERVICE REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 72 HOURS IN ADVANCE AND ACCOMPANIED BY AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION.

Wagging Lounge provides a Chauffeur Shuttle Service for an additional fee to our customers.  This service is meant for those customers whom would like their dog(s) to be picked up from and/or dropped off at home.  Shuttles run Monday thru Friday from 8am - 5pm.  Shuttle times may vary depending on traffic and the route taken due to the number of dogs taking the shuttle, and we require a 1 hour window in case unexpected circumstances arise. We mainly service the Howard County Area within a 5 mile radius from the facility, but we can certainly make limited exceptions for an additional fee. Service is based on availability.

Safety is first!  Depending on the temperament and size of your pup, we may crate or allow free roaming in the spacious cargo area.

We do not provide Shuttle Services during inclement weather conditions for safety reasons. Shuttle Services may be cancelled due to snow, rain, and other unforeseen weather conditions.

One Dog $22 One-Way up to 5 miles from the Facilty. $2/per mile over 5 miles.
Additional Dog - Same Household $15 Pick up & Drop off at same location only.
One Dog $40 One-Way up to 5 miles from the Facilty. $2/per mile over 5 miles.
Additional Dog - Same Household $30 Pick up & Drop off at same location only.
Distance is based on Google Maps Routing Shuttle Release Form is required and must be received prior to any shuttle service. Please check the forms page on our website.
