With the busy lifestyles of this day and age, we usually don't have enough time to give our furry friends sufficient exercise, stimulation, and socializing with other people and other dogs. A dog that is left alone all day tends to get unhappy with a lot of stored energy. This can lead to the dog getting bored and physically unchallenged, leading to depression and undesirable behavior like barking, digging, property destruction, self-harm, and destructive chewing.

A dog's overall health and well-being depend a lot on physical and mental stimulation, and that is exactly where our doggie daycare services come in.

At Wagging Lounge Dog Resort, we provide a fun and safe environment for your pets. We ensure constant stimuli for your dog to have a great time and release all the energy.

Dogs interact and socialize with other pets, and this helps alleviate separation anxiety and also provides mental stimulation. All dogs at Wagging Lounge Dog Resort enjoy supervised play, with set times for meals and rest. They get to eat, enjoy treats, and nap, before getting back to romping, meeting new friends, running, wrestling, chasing, jumping, catching up with old friends, or just basking in the rays.

We ensure thorough supervision by our staff, with constant staff-to-dog interaction. Our dog-loving staff interacts, working on basic obedience commands with lots of positive reinforcement and rewarding good behavior.

We also have enough space for dogs of all shapes, sizes, ages, and breeds. No matter what your dog loves doing, they will get it here and be thoroughly exercised, socialized, and tired at the end of the day. The more dogs come here, the more they get familiar with the environment and love coming here. This all contributes towards reducing destructive behaviors.

  • Pet Parents get to access all of the a photos and videos on our Social Media accounts to see what they've been up to.

Check-in & check-out times are posted below. Please note that our hours vary on Saturday, Sunday, and during Holidays. We encourage morning check-ins to maximize playtime allowing your pup to be ready for a good night's rest.

We are closed during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter and our hours may vary during other major holidays.

Daycare Purchase Policy & Restrictions

  • Reservations are REQUIRED at least the day before you plan on bringing your dog in for Daycare. We may not be able to accommodate same-day reservations or walk-ins. While our Small Dog Group has some flexibility, the Big Dog Groups fill up quickly, and you may be turned away.
  • Please let us know immediately if you cannot make it to your reservation. A CANCELLATION FEE may be applied for No-Shows.
  • Our Hours of Operation are posted. All pups must be picked up 30 minutes prior to closing.
  • All Monthly packages expire 30 days from the purchase date. Passes may NOT be extended.
  • All New Dog Introductory Passes expire 90 Days from the purchase date. Passes may NOT be extended.
  • NO REFUNDS after 30 days from the date of package purchase.
  • Daycare packages will be charged at a full day rate for package refunds within 30 days of the initial purchase.
  • All used Daycare Passes will be charged a Regular Full Day Daycare price, each with the remaining credit back to the owner within 30 days from the purchase date.
  • One Pass per dog. Passes may not be shared.
  • All Pricing and Policies are subject to change without notice

  • Passes and Credits are NOT transferrable
  • We have Special Operating Hours or are Closed during Major Holidays. Please stay up to date via our Facebook & Instagram accounts.

Note: Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, sales, or discounts. Discounted Additional Dog(s) MUST be from the same household and share the SAME suite/villa. All refunds will be issued as a Store Credit to be used towards future Daycare Services. Store Credit expires 1 year from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change.

Daycare Rules & Policy

  • All dogs 7 months of age and older MUST be spayed or neutered to participate in Social Group Play.
  • All dogs MUST be up to date on all required vaccinations. Owners must submit written records prior to their evaluation showing their dogs have current DHLPP, Rabies, Bordetella, and Canine Influenza CIV. The specific vaccines required are Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Para influenza, Parvovirus, Rabies, and Bordetella. It is your responsibility to provide on-going verification and updates of current vaccinations.
  • All dogs MUST be healthy. Parents will need to certify that their dogs have been free from any condition that could potentially jeopardize other guests. Dogs that have been ill with a communicable condition in the last 15 days will require veterinarian certification of health to be admitted or readmitted. Dogs who need to be transported to the vet while in our care are subjected to isolation, transportation, and veterinary fees.
  • All puppies with posted ears may not attend Social Group Play until their bandages have been removed.
  • Dogs with stitches in place may not use Wagging Lounge Dog Resort services until the stitches are at least 10+ days old and cleared by their veterinarian.
  • All food or treats must be stored in an airtight container or bag labeled with your dog's first & last name.
  • If, at any time during care, a dog is noticed to have ticks, treatment will be applied and charged to the parent at the minimum rate of $25.00.
  • We DO NOT ACCEPT any dogs infested with fleas. If, at any time during care, a dog is noticed to have fleas, the dog will be immediately isolated and will require immediate pick up by the Parent. There will be a minimum $25 charge to the parent for cleaning and sanitation of the affected areas of the facililty.
  • For Safety reasons, pregnant dogs and dogs in heat are not permitted to use services at Wagging Lounge Dog Resort.
  • All dogs participating in Social Play must pass a Behavior Assessment/Evaluation in order to attend Wagging Lounge Dog Resort. All dogs must be non-aggressive, non-food or toy protective. Any dog that has previously harmed or shown any aggressive or threatening behavior towards any person or any other dog(s) cannot attend Wagging Lounge Dog Resort. Remember, your pet will be spending time with other dogs and new people, and the safety and health of every dog and person is our main priority.
  • Keep in mind, although it is supervised play, your dog might still acquire an occasional nip or scratch.
  • All dogs must have a complete, up-to-date, and approved (1) Pet & Parent Application (2) Services Agreement (3) Rules & Regulations Form (4) Policies for Contagious Viruses and (5) Senior Dog Release (for dogs 8 years and older) Forms on file. Both hard copy and an online registration will be required.
  • Parents are required to add themselves to the online Parent Portal which facilitates information to and from the Wagging Lounge Dog Resort and the Parent. There are many functions and benefits from the Parent Portal including the ease of Reservations, Vaccination updates, Direct responses from the Wagging Lounge Team, Parent Calendar with Reservations, and Dog Information.
  • Payment is due and payable at the end of each day. Cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Apple Pay are accepted. Discounted packages are provided only if they are paid in advance. Pre-paid packages are nonrefundable. Our program is flexible enough to accommodate reasonable special needs requests.
  • Wagging Lounge Dog Resort CANNOT administer or admit dogs who may require life sustaining medication while in our care. This includes, but is not limited to, heart medication, chemotherapy medication, or anti-seizure medication. If your dog requires insulin, we will require a release form and a case-by-case discussion.

CANCELLATIONS: DAYCARE RESERVATIONS MUST BE CANCELLED by closing time the night before or you may be charged for the day. This ensures that we can make room for other waiting guests, avoid cancellation fees, and keep our prices from increasing.
