Yes, we are e-receipts only. All transactions and receipts are logged into your parent portal and can be found in your account.

Please note that all Daycare passes/credits MUST BE USED BEFORE THE EXPIRATION DATE. They will not be active on the expiration date, and may not be used.

Daycare, Enrichment, & Grooming reservations may be modified/canceled through the portal by going into your parent calendar.

Boarding Reservations MUST be modified or cancelled by sending us a message via the Parent Portal (Best and Preferred Way), emailing us directly at waggingloungedogresort@gmail.com, or by calling us at the facility. You must get a confirmation email for the cancellation or modification of your reservation or additional fees may be charged to your account for No-Shows.

Our Bath & Spa categorize dogs not only by length, but also by type of coat. The type of coat is determined by the dog’s breed. Longer coats and layers require more time and care and are priced accordingly.

No, Boarding reservations must be canceled by request via email, Parent portal, or by calling us. Additional Fees may be charged if you do not cancel a reservation or provide a cancellation confirmation via email. 

We recommend calling us directly during business hours or through PawPartner (Best and recommended way). Please give us 24-48 hours for a response.

No, we love comments and interaction, but do not answer business questions for privacy issues. We also get a lot of spam.
