I've scheduled an evaluation. what's next?

Once you've scheduled your Pup's Evaluation, you're ready to go to the following steps:

Log into our Parent Portal and complete additional questions for you and your pet. The Parent Portal will allow you to :

*Access to your dog's information.

*Make Daycare, Boarding, and Bath & Spa Reservations.

*Allow you to access your calendar for existing reservations.

*View & upload your pet's current vaccination status (vaccinations may take up to 48 hours to update).

*Add a profile picture of your pup so we can easily identify them.

What happens after I schedule an evaluation? Here are the next steps:

Complete the Online Pet & Parent Application Form for each dog.
Set up your Parent Portal which allows you to make reservations, upload vaccinations, access your dog's calendar for existing reservations, and more.
Complete the Services Agreement/Rules & Regulations Form online (paper copy signed in-person).
Complete the Policies for Contagious Viruses Form online (paper copy signed in-person).
Upload your dog's required Vaccinations including Bordetella, Distemper/DHLPP, Rabies, and CIV/Influenza.
If your dog is 8 years or older, a Senior & Special Conditions Dog Release Form must be completed.
